Abstract: In view of the prevalence and severity of cognitive impairment in maintenance hemodialysis patients, this article aims to review the research progress in the cognitive impairment in maintenance hemodialysis patients from the aspects of etiology, assessment tools, influencing factors, intervention measures, and others, in order to provide reference for clinical work and research.
