Research progress in H- type hypertension in chronic kidney disease

Abstract: 【Abstract】Great difficulties and challenges are encountered in the treatment of chronic kidney disease, and the current treatment is mainly focused on the intervention of the risk factors. H-type hypertension is associated with renal insufficiency and cardiovascular complications in chronic kidney disease patients. This article reviews the definition, epidemiology, relationship between H-type hypertension and chronic kidney disease, and the mechanism that H-type hypertension leads to the progression of chronic kidney disease, in order to improve our understanding about the relationship between H-type hypertension and chronic kidney disease, which may be useful for clinical treatment of hypertension in chronic kidney disease patients.
