Abstract: Accurate assessment of microcirculation status in critically ill patients is of great value in guiding clinical decisions on fluid resuscitation, the use of vasoactive medications, and renal replacement therapy. This article introduces the common methods, effects and precautions for evaluation of microcirculation status in these patients based on evidence-based evidence, aiming to provide guidance to diagnose microcirculation disorders in time and improve treatment levels.
