Abstract: Hypertension is a comorbidity in most hemodialysis patients, and is the important risk factor for cardiovascular disease death in these patients. Blood pressure in hemodialysis patients possesses many characteristics including disordered cardian rhythm, seasonal changes and changes between predialysis and postdialysis, which may relate to their prognosis. In this paper we review the characteristics of blood pressure changes in hemodialysis patients.
