Abstract: 【Abstract】This paper analyzes the causes of transmembrane pressure change and its unfavorable effects. We focuse on the principle of transmembrane pressure monitoring in dialysis machine. We particularly emphasize the training for medical staffs about the importance of transmembrane pressure monitoring and the manipulation of relevant preventive measures to achieve safe and efficient use of dialysis.
