Abstract: 【Abstract】In the paper, we review the status, concept, assessment tool, mechanism and influence factor of postdialysis fatigue in hemodialysis patients. The influence factors for postdialysis fatigue include demographic characteristics, ultrafiltration volume, intradialytic hypotension, dialysis temperature and laboratory examination results. Adjustment of dialysis parameters, exercise therapy and traditional Chinese medicine are useful for the improvement of postdialysis fatigue in hemodialysis patients.
