Abstract: 【Abstract】Physical and psychological functions are severely impaired in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Renal rehabilitation program (RRP) for MHD patients can significantly improve the quality of life. Evaluation of the implementation status of RRP can promote the successful implementation of RRP in hemodialysis centers. This article introduces the assessment method of RRP implementation in hemodialysis centers.
