Abstract: 【Abstract】Maintenance hemodialysis is an important treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease. Too low or too high blood pressure during treatment can increase mortality. Therefore, blood pressure management in hemodialysis patients is very important. However, due to individual differences and differences in medical resources, it is still difficult to reach an optimal consensus on blood pressure management in maintenance hemodialysis patients. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the blood pressure monitoring methods, treatment targets, volume management, drug application and patient education in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
