Abstract: 【Abstract】Hemodialysis (HD) patients are susceptible to have various infections, and infections are important causes leading to hospitalization and death in HD patients. Vaccination is the effective way to prevent infections and to protect the susceptible people. Inoculation of hepatitis B vaccine, influenza vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine are highly recommended. This paper summarizes and discusses the latest guidelines and research progresses in order to provide strategies for the management of infection in blood purification centers and the vaccine inoculation in HD patients.
