Abstract: 【Abstract】The number of patients with chronic renal disease (CKD) and heart failure (HF) is increasing, leading to higher rates of hospitalization, disability and mortality in these patients. Most clinical trials for HF excluded the patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Few HF studies involved patients with ESRD. This review focuses on the study results relating to the treatment of HF and the feasibility of clinical application in ESRD patients.
