Abstract: Non-drug management of pregnant women with end stage renal disease (ESRD) includes volume management, blood pressure management, nutrition management, prenatal consultation, pregnancy monitoring and postpartum guidance. This article summarizes the influencing factors, non-drug management, and the current status of non-drug management for pregnant ESRD women in China and foreign countries, to provide a reference for the management of pregnant ESRD women.
