Abstract: Cardiovascular disease remains the most common complication in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. In recent years, a significant proportion of dialysis patients have received percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). An increasing number of MHD patients are being diagnosed with in-stent restenosis after coronary stent implantation. This article reviews the unique risk factors of this special group and the influencing factors and treatment strategies of coronary in-stent restenosis.
