【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of different dialyzer membranes on the inflammatory reaction of end- renal failure patients with maintaining hemodialysis (MHD). methods Ten MHD patients who were randomized in selfcontrolled study were dialysed with cellulose acetate(CA), Polysulfone(PS) or hemophane(H) as dialysis membrane. Those patients were divided into three groups including CA, PS, H. the serum C reaction Protein (CRP), ceruloplasmin(CER), α1- acid glycoprotein (AAG), serum amyloid A (SAA) were measured by routine methods. Results There were no significant differences on predialysis acute-phase protein (APP) parameters among three groups. After dialyzing, serum CRP and CER increased markedly(P<0.05) among three groups, and serum AAG was decreased markedly in group H(P<0.01), but the increments or decrements of APP were on significant differences in three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion During hemodialysis, the inflammatory reaction is led to by different hemodialysis membranes, and there were no significant differences on with CA, PS, H dialyzing.
