Abstract
【Abstract】Objective In order to decrease complications of elderly diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis, to improve their survival rate.Methods Selecting 28 DN patients with maintenance hemodialysis, 19 cases of whom were men, the other were women. All of them had no the other kidney diseases history. We analysed common complications of them during the hemodialysis. Results The common complications were hypotension, hypertension, arrhythmia, infection, serous effusion, hlycopenia. Conclusion Because the high incidence of complications reduce the patients' survival rate, we should positirely control blood sugar, blood pressure, blod fat, inprore nutition situation, anemia, and give enough hemodialysis to reduce incidence of its complications efficiently.
