【Abstract】Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis combined with hemeper fusion(HDP) on the patients with severe organophosphate poisoning. Methods 184 patients with severe organophosphate poisoning were divided randomly into 2 groups. HDP was used in one group on the basis of general treatment while rotine therapy was adopted in the other group. The dosage of atropine, comaeriod, mortality and cholinesterase activity were used to evaluate the effect of HDP treatment. Results The mortality of the group treated with HDP was 4.35 %, lower significantly than that of the control, which was 9.56 percents (P＜0.01). The dosage of atropine and the comaperiod of the HDP group were both less than those of the control (P＜0.01). The cholinesterase activity of the HDP group was significantly increased as compared with that of the control after a week of treatment(P＜0.01). The fatal severe complications of the control were much more than that of the HDP group. Conclusion HDP is an effective method for the patients with severe organophosphate poisoning through its clearing organoposphate in vivo remarkably.
