Abstract: 【Abstract】Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of HB-H-6 resin plasma perfusion for the treatment of jaundice dog animal model. Methods HB-H-6 resin was disposed by screening, acid, aldali, alcohol, cool warm water treatment and high pressures sterilization, jaundice dog animal model was established by the operation of common bile duct and caval vein connection, and perfusied with plasma perfusion techinque. Results After treatment, Total Bilirubin decreased by 82%, Direct Bilirubin and Indirect Bilirubin declined by 76% and 97% respectively; there was no significant absorptive effect on protein, no significant effect on blood regular test, coagulation, blood gas analysis, sodium, chlorine and phosphor, but have high absorptive effect on potassium calciumand magnesium. Conclusions HB-H-6 resin was shown to have high bilirubin absorption properties, it was safe and effective to treat the jaundice dog animal model, but we have to supply with potassium, calcium and magnesium because of significant absorptive effect on them.
