【Abstract】Objective Blood purification technology was used to remove leukemia cells, then combination chemotherapy method was used to treat HLAML (high leucocyte acute myelocytic leukemia). Methods 17 patients of the HLAML were random divided into two group, 9 patients of the observe group used DA combination chemotherapy method after they were removed leukemia cells by blood purification. 8 patients of the control group just used DA combination chemotherapy method. Results Leukemia cells of the observe group were signification defferent from that of pre- and post-blood purification (P<0.001); Percentage of CR of the observe group were much higher than that of the control (P<0.05), time to CR was shorter than in the control (P<0.05); K+, UA were signifitantly defferent before and after control group chemotherapy (P<0.05), observe group had not signifitantly defference. Conculsion That blood purification may replace advanced hemocyte detached machine to remove leukemia cells prorided a new method of subsidiary treatment for treating HLAML.
