【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of blood purification for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes(HFRS) with acute renal failure. Methods 12HFRS with acute renal failure patients were given hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.Results The renal function of 12 patients had been recovered completed after the treatment with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Conclusion Blood purification is one of effective treatments for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes(HFRS) with acute renal failure.
