Abstract
Objective To discuss the significance of blood volume monitor during the hemodialysis to the old patients. Methods Fourty-four patients who took hemodialysis were selected to take blood volume monitor for 122 times (young patients 54 times , old patients accompany with heart malfunction 40 times, old patients without heart malfunction 28 times), then observe volume descent titer ΔBV、ultrafiltration dose、heart rate、blood pressure and the incidence of complications, such as tic simultaneously. Results Under almost identical ultrafiltration dose, there aren't any significant differences in blood volume descent titer ΔBV among three teams. To contrast to the young patient team, the incidence of emodialysis complication is higher in old patient teams, particularly to old patients who accompany with heart malfunction, the incidence of complication increased significantly. Conclusions It's very important for old patients to take blood volume monitor during hemodialysis, especially for those who accompany with heart malfunction.
