Abstract

Objective To Investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH)on lipid metabolism in end-stage renal failure hemeodialysis patients. Methods Triglycerides (TG) and cholesterol (CH) lipoproteins and apolipoprotein of 18 hemeodialysis patients who used unfractionated heparin(UFH)，and 16 patients who used(LMWH) was investigated by retrospective analysis. Results Compare with UFH, decrease of TG、Tch 、LDL、Apo-B and increase of HDL was observed in LMWH group on 6 months and 12 months; compare with 0 months, decrease of TG、Tch 、LDL、Apo-B and increase of HDL was observed on 6 months and 12 months in LMWH group and increase of Tch、LDL、Apo-B was observed on 12 months in of UFH group. Conclusion In hypertriglyceridaemic HD patients, LMWH improved metabolism of triglycerides and cholesterol lipoproteins and apolipoprotein.
