Objective To study the effects of hemodialysis on lipidemia in patients with end stage renal disease(ESRD). Methods TCH、TG、LDL、ApOA1、ApOB、ALB、Scr of the study population which included 26 healthy subjects and 28 patients with end stage renal disease undergoing hemodialysis were detected. Results There were significant difference of serum TCH, TG, HDL, ApOA, LDL AND ApOB, between ESRD patients and normal controls (P<0.05). The serum TCH, TG, LDL and ApOB of ESRD patients were higher than normal controls yet HDL and ApOA, were lower. There were no significant difference between before and after hemodialysis(P>0.05). Conclusion The hyperlipide-mia in ESRD patients conldn't be improved by hemodialysis. Hypoalbuminemia is correlated with hyperlipidemia.
