objective To observe the curative effects and safety of HA sterile hemoperfusion cartridge in the treatment of hepatic hyperbilirubinemia(TBil 171μmol/L). Methods 48 patients with hepatic hyperbilirubinemia were treated with HA sterile hemoperfusion catridge.The changing level of bilirubin were observed. Results TBil decreased obviously after hemoperfusion ( P<0.01); The rate of adverse-reaction was 35.4% after hemoperfusion:The rate of blood pressure falling was 20.83%;The rate of nausea or vomiting was 16.67%. Conclusion Our date suggest that hemoperfusion therapy is an effective and safe treatment for hepatic hyperbilirubinemia and can improve the symptom and may shorten the recovery time.
