Abstract: Objective To investigate the sex hormone level in male hemodialysis patients.Methods Were three groups observed:HD group,control group and transplantation group. their age were obserred and the sex hormone level were detected. Results The levels of FSH、LH、PRL、E2、P in HD group were significant higher than that in the control group and transplantation group,the T level was significantly lower in HD group than that in the control group. There were no significant difference of sex hormone level between control group and transplantation group.Conclusion There is hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis disorder in mole hemodialysis patients:Their FSH、LH、E2、PRL、P level increase significantly,and the T level decrease significanlty. Renal transplantation may reverse the abnormal of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
