Abstract: 【Abstract】In April 2020, the American National Kidney Foundation made a major update to the Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative (KDOQI) Clinical Practice Guideline for Vascular Access, and carried out various treatments for the survival plan of end-stage renal disease patients, including the life plan of end-stage renal disease patients, the selection of vascular access, and the new methods for handling specific complications. This article interprets this guideline according to the conditions of our country, helps doctors and patients make decisions on the treatment mode and vascular access for end-stage renal disease, and brings
directional suggestions for subsequent research.
