Abstract: 【Abstract】Bone disease was one of the main components of the chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder (CKD-MBD). Early diagnosis and evaluation could be helpful for the prevention and treatment of bone disease. The markers of bone turnover in CKD-MBD, several types of bone diseases (especially osteitis fibrosa cystica, adynamic bone disease, osteoporosis, etc.) would be discussed, and the progresses of the diagnosis and treatment of bone diseases were reviewed in this article.
