Expert consensus on construction of the renal rehabilitation system in hemodialysis centers

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】维持性血液透析（maintenance hemodialysis，MHD）患者伴随着透析龄的延长，将会出现不同程度的生理功能下降、心理及认知功能障碍，严重影响了MHD 患者的生活质量（quality of life, QOL），大大增加了家庭及社会负担。解决MHD 患者功能障碍的主要策略就是实施肾脏病康复(renal rehabilitation，RR)，使MHD 患者达到最佳的职业潜能、功能状态及生活质量。然而，目前我国血液透析室(中心)的RR 尚处于起步阶段，尚未得到广泛开展。本共识围绕RR 的定义、血液透析室(中心)RR 体系建设的人员、场地、设备需求、RR 的服务内容、质量控制体系等内容进行了详细的阐述，旨在为血液透析室(中心)的RR 体系建设提供理论依据和临床指导。

Abstract: 【Abstract】Maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients are usually present with decreased physical abilities and abnormal psychological and cognitive functions of various degrees along with the extension of dialysis age, seriously affecting the quality of life and greatly raising the burdens on the families and society. The implementation of the renal rehabilitation system is a major strategy to minimize the dysfunctions and enables MHD patients to achieve the best occupational potentials, functional status and quality of life. However, the renal rehabilitation system set in hemodialysis centers is currently at the primary stage and has not been widely launched yet. This expert consensus elaborates on the definition of renal rehabilitation and the required personnel,
place, equipment, service content and quality control, providing a theoretical basis and a clinical guidance for the creation of renal rehabilitation system in hemodialysis centers.
