摘要： 鸢尾素是一种新型能量代谢因子，血清水平随肾功能下降而降低。鸢尾素与多种代谢性疾病关系密切，可能与血液透析患者并发症及预后等有关。目前不能确定鸢尾素是否是血液透析患者的保护因素以及是否存在种族等群体差异。

Abstract: risin is a new type of energy metabolism factor. Serum irisin level decreases along with the decline of renal function. Irisin is closely associated with a variety of metabolic diseases and probably with the complications and prognosis of hemodialysis patients. Whether or not serum irisin level has racial and population differences and irisin is a protective factor for hemodialysis patients are currently undetermined.
