摘要： 日本透析技师职业发展成熟，体系完整。本文详细介绍了其工作职责、职业管理和日常工作流程，以及日本临床工学技士执业和资格认证体制；同时讨论了日本透析技师职业体系对我国透析技师职业发展的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Dialysis technician system is relatively well-developed and well-organized in Japan. In this paper, we introduce the responsibility, administration, and working processes for Japanese dialysis technicians as well as the certification and qualification system for clinical engineer technicians in Japan. We then discussed
its significance for the development of professional dialysis technician system in China.
