摘要： 乙型肝炎病毒感染是威胁血液透析患者常见疾病之一。隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒感染（occulthepatitisBvirusinfection，OBI）是一种乙型肝炎表面抗原（hepatitisBsurfaceantigen，HBsAg）阴性的乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitisBvirus，HBV）感染，具有通过血液透析传播乙型肝炎病毒的潜在风险。考虑到OBI在血液透析行业特殊的意义，本文就OBI在血液透析患者中流行病学及感染防控进行综述，以期对透析患者的管理提供参考依据。

Abstract: Hepatitis B virus infection is one of the common diseases threatening hemodialysis patients. Occult hepatitis B virus infection is a type of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) negative hepatitis B virus infection, which has the potential risk of hepatitis B virus transmission through hemodialysis. Considering the specific significance of occult hepatitis B virus infection（OBI） in a hemodialysis specialty, this article reviews the epidemiology, prevention and control of OBI in hemodialysis patients in order to provide a reference for the management of these dialysis patients.
