摘要： 血液透析患者中心静脉狭窄(central vein stenosis，CVS)严重影响血管通路建立，因此，CVS的诊断与治疗备受关注。早期准确的诊断是采取有效治疗的前提，能使患者更多受益。本文对血液透析患者CVS狭窄的诊断与治疗进行了综述，供临床参考。

关键词: 中心静脉狭窄, 血液透析, 终末期肾病

Abstract: Hemodialysis access is severely affected by central vein stenosis (CVS) in hemodialysis patients. Therefore, the diagnosis and treatment of CVS are of great importance. Early and accurate diagnosis of CVS is the premise of effective treatment that benefits the patients. This article gives a review about the diagnosis and treatment of CVS in hemodialysis patients for clinical reference.
