摘要： 多发性骨髓瘤是血液系统的一种恶性肿瘤，常并发急性肾损伤。血液净化治疗能有效清除体内游离轻链促进患者肾功能恢复，改善预后。本文就多发性骨髓瘤肾病的血液净化治疗现状予以综述。

Abstract: Multiple myeloma (MM) is a hematological malignancy. The acute kidney injury associated with MM is a cast nephropathy due to the increase of free monoclonal light chains (FLC) in plasma. Early and effective reduction of FLC by hemopurification can promote the recovery from kidney injury and improve the outcome in most patients. Here we review the current situation of hemopurification for MM nephropathy, in order to find an effective hemopurification therapy for acute kidney injury in MM.
