摘要： 从终末期肾病患者妊娠的影响因素和非药物管理等方面进行总结。主要阐述目前国内外终末期肾病患者妊娠非药物管理的现状。非药物管理包括容量管理、血压管理、营养管理、产前咨询、孕期监测及产后指导等,旨在为临床管理终末期肾病患者妊娠提供参考依据。

Abstract: Non-drug management of pregnant women with end stage renal disease (ESRD) includes volume management, blood pressure management, nutrition management, prenatal consultation, pregnancy monitoring and postpartum guidance. This article summarizes the influencing factors, non-drug management, and the current status of non-drug management for pregnant ESRD women in China and foreign countries, to provide a reference for the management of pregnant ESRD women.
