非生物型人工肝应用的肝外影响

摘要: 非生物型人工肝已作为临床重症肝病患者体外人工肝支持的主要方法,但对于肝脏之外的影响的相关报道较少,而这些方面对人工肝的不断改进有重要的意义,本文就非生物型人工肝对肾功能、血细胞、凝血系统、细胞因子、生存期及不良反应等方面的相关研究做一综述。

Abstract: Non-bioartificial liver has been used clinically as a main therapy of extracorporeal artificial liver support system for severe liver diseases. However, little was known about the influences of this system on organs other than liver. The information about these influences is important for the further improvement of artificial liver. In this paper, we review the effects of non-bioartificial liver on renal function, blood cells, blood coagulation system, cytokines and survival, as well as its adverse effects.
