摘要： 分析目前国内外血液透析患者症状群的测评工具，综述症状群的研究现状与进展，探讨其发展趋势，以期为选择合适的、信效度较高的多症状测评工具，加强血液透析患者的症状管理提供参考。

Abstract: We analyze the instruments for the evaluation of symptom clusters in hemodialysis patients, explore the predictive and outcome variables for symptom clusters, and examine their developmental trajectory in order to help researchers select most suitable measure with good validity and reliability and develop effective
intervention strategies for symptom management.
