摘要： 高磷血症是终末期肾病患者的常见并发症。烟酸和烟酰胺能有效降低维持性血液透析患者的血磷水平以及改善血脂异常。

Abstract: Hyperphosphatemia is a common complication in patients with end-stage renal disease. Niacin and nicotinamide effectively reduce serum phosphorus and improve dyslipidemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
