Research advances in mitophagy in kidney disease

摘要: 【摘要】线粒体自噬通过调节自噬小体特异性吞噬、降解和清除受损线粒体,是线粒体损伤后修复机制,在维持线粒体功能和细胞存活中起到重要作用。同时,线粒体自噬具有促进细胞分化和延缓衰老等生理功能。近年来,线粒体自噬在肿瘤、神经系统疾病、心脏病等疾病中研究众多。线粒体自噬也是肾脏疾病中研究的热点。本综述旨在概述线粒体自噬的机制以及线粒体自噬在肾脏疾病中的研究进展。

Abstract: 【Abstract】Mitophagy specifically regulates autophagosome to engulf, degrade and eliminate damaged mitochondria, which is a repair mechanism of mitochondrial injury and plays an important role in maintaining mitochondrial function and cell survival. Mitophagy can also promote cell differentiation and
decrease senility. Recently, mitophagy is widely studied in tumors, nervous system diseases and heart diseases. Mitophagy is a hot topic in kidney disease research. The purpose of this review is to give a brief introduction of the mechanism and physiological function of mitophagy and the recent advances in mitophagy in kidney diseases.
