摘要： 【摘要】维持性血液透析是终末期肾病患者维持生命的一种重要治疗手段，在其治疗中患者血压过低或过高都会增加死亡率，因而做好血液透析患者的血压管理非常重要。但由于患者个体及医疗资源差异，有关维持性血液透析患者血压管理达成最佳共识仍有困难。本文就维持性血液透析患者血压的监测方法、目标值、容量管理、药物应用及患者教育方面进行了简要述评。

Abstract: 【Abstract】Maintenance hemodialysis is an important treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease. Too low or too high blood pressure during treatment can increase mortality. Therefore, blood pressure management in hemodialysis patients is very important. However, due to individual differences and differences in medical resources, it is still difficult to reach an optimal consensus on blood pressure management in maintenance hemodialysis patients. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the blood pressure monitoring methods, treatment targets, volume management, drug application and patient education in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
