摘要： 介绍目前慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease，CKD)管理、慢性肾脏病管理系统运用于CKD管理的应用现状，分析现存问题，展望其未来发展趋势，为广大医护人员应用慢性肾脏病管理系统进行CKD管理提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: This paper introduces the current management situation of chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients and the application of the chronic kidney disease management system to take care of CKD patients, analyzes the current problems, and looks forward to its future development tendency, so as to provide references for doctors and nurses using the chronic kidney disease management system to manage CKD patients.
