摘要: 生物电阻抗分析(bioelectrical impedance analysis,BIA)作为一项无创、方便、快捷的检查方法,常用于评估人体容量状态,而相位角(phase angle,PA)作为BIA的重要衍生指标,近年来逐渐引起人们的重视,关于其的研究逐渐增多,本文就PA在终末期肾病(end-stage renal disease,ESRD)患者心脏结构和功能的应用进展做一综述,以期对ESRD患者的临床诊疗提供参考。

Abstract: Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a non-invasive, convenient and quick examination method frequently used in the assessment of volume status of the patients. Phase angle (PA) is a derivative index of BIA, and the significance of PA has been studies and emphasized in recent years. This paper reviews the progresses in the application of PA for changes of cardiac structure and function in end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients in order to provide references useful for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ESRD patients.
