糖尿病肾脏病腹膜透析患者管理策略

摘要： 鉴于终末期糖尿病肾脏病腹膜透析预后与生活质量不理想的问题，本文从管理难点、腹膜透析处方选择、血糖管理等方面进行综述，并简要介绍了其它管理策略，旨在为终末期糖尿病肾脏病患者管理提供借鉴。

Abstract: The prognosis and quality of life remain poor in diabetic end⁃stage renal disease patients on peritoneal dialysis. This paper reviews current obstacles, dialysis prescription, glycemia control measurements, and other management strategies, aiming to provide references for clinical work and research.
