摘要： 随着血液净化技术的发展，维持性透析患者的人数越来越多，如何改善患者的预后也受到大家的普遍关注。大量研究表明原发病、高血压、骨矿物质代谢紊乱、营养不良及尿毒症并发症等多种因素都对患者的预后造成了非常不利的影响，所以在临床上积极采取综合性的防治措施是改善患者预后的必由之路。

Abstract: The number of patients on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) is increasing rapidly in association with the progress of blood purification technology. The improvement of prognosis in MHD patients becomes a clinically important issue. Many studies indicated that the risk factors for MHD patients included primary disease, hypertension, mineral and bone disorders, malnutrition, uremic complications, etc. Comprehensive treatment may be the best way to improve their prognosis.
