摘要： 由人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus，HIV)慢性感染引起的获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome，AIDS)是人类历史上最具破坏性的传染病之一，在全世界范围内都得到广泛关注。本文将从HIV感染筛查、诊断、预防和治疗四个方面对HIV感染进行述评。

Abstract: Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) caused by chronic infection with human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) is one of the most devastating pandemics ever recorded in human history, and has been widely concerned around the world. The purpose of this review is to discuss four aspects of HIV infection: screening of HIV infection, diagnosis and prevention of HIV infection and treatment of HIV-infection patients.
