在线血液透析滤过的临床获益与研究进展

Clinical benefit and research progress of online hemodiafiltration

摘要: 在线血液透析滤过是一种重要的肾脏替代治疗方法,其结合了血液透析与血液滤过的特点,通过在线生成超净置换液实现对体内毒素的清除,极大提高了对毒素的清除能力,有利于维持透析过程中血流动力学的稳定,对透析患者心血管系统具有一定保护作用。本文主要就在线血液透析滤过的临床获益及研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: On- line hemodiafiltration(OL-HDF)is an important method of renal replacement therapy, which combines hemodialysis and hemofiltration characteristics. The ultra-net replacement fluid is generated on line and it greatly improved the ability to remove toxins in the body. Meanwhile, it is conducive to maintaining the stability of hemodynamics during dialysis and has a protective effect on the cardiovascular system of dialysis patients. In this review, we summarize the clinical benefit and research progress of OL-HDF.
