摘要： 慢性肾脏病-矿物质与骨异常为慢性肾脏病常见并发症，临床上常需要根据患者血钙、磷、甲状旁腺激素水平及临床症状联合应用磷结合剂、VitD 类、钙敏感受体激动剂，本文就上述药物的合理搭配予以综述。

Abstract: Chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder is a common complication in chronic kidney disease. Clinically, phosphate binders, Vitamin D preparations and calcium-sensing receptor agonists are often use simultaneously according to clinical symptoms and serum levels of calcium, phosphorus and parathyroid
hormone. The rational combination of the three medications in these patients is discussed in this review article.
