摘要： 【摘要】急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury，AKI)是常见的急性危重症，死亡率高。肾脏替代疗法是治疗AKI 行之有效的方法，主要包括体外血液净化(extracorporeal blood purification，EBP)以及腹膜透析(peritoneal dialysis，PD)。PD 疗法经济、便利，在落后的发展中国家应用广泛，但在西方发达国家以及国内对AKI 治疗的实践较少。近年来越来越多的研究证明了PD 对于AKI 治疗的有效性及安全性。本文主要讨论PD应用于AKI 患者中的利弊、疗效，以及PD 对患者预后的影响，综述其应用价值。

Abstract: 【Abstract】Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common, acute and critical illness with high mortality. Renal replacement therapy including extracorporeal blood purification and peritoneal dialysis (PD) is an effective method for the treatment of AKI. Peritoneal dialysis is less expensive and convenient, especially suitable for the patients in developing countries. However, it is now less used in western countries and in China. In recent years, many studies have proved that PD is effective and safe for the treatment of AKI. This article discusses its clinical value in the context of advantages, disadvantages and prognosis in AKI patients treated with PD.
