【摘要】目的 采用普通间歇性血液透析（IHD）治疗多脏器功能衰竭（MODS），观察其临床应用，看能否在不具备条件的情况下代替连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）治MODS。方法 应用间歇性血液透析（IHD）治疗多脏器功能衰竭（MODS）6例，观察肾功能恢复时间、营养状况改善、合并症控制等指标。结果 采用普通间歇性血液透析治疗多脏器功能衰竭，注意了及早进行血液净化治疗、积极治疗原发病及其它并发症、保护肾功能、纠正水、电解质失衡等措施，也可取得较好效果。结论 在无连续性肾脏替代治疗的条件下，采用普通间歇性血液透析治疗多功能脏器衰竭也可取得较好的疗效。

【Abstract】Objective To use intermittent hemodialysis (IHD)to treat multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS), observe it's clinic practice and effect. So as to observe if it can be instead of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) to treat MODS. Methods Use IHD to treat MODS 6 cases, observe the clinic treatment effects of renal function ,body's condition and other complications. Compare with CRRT. Results Using IHD to treat MODS , blood purification was selected as early as possible , and treat the primary disease, protect kidney function ,gradually correctitude water and electrolyte unbalance, it will be a good result. Conclusion Using IHD to treat MODS can get good result as using CRRT.
