摘要

【摘要】目的观察血液透析对腹膜透析患者透析充分性的影响。方法 17例本中心腹膜透析患者，在进行腹膜透析(PD)的同时，每周进行1次血液透析(HD)治疗。比较选择PD＋HD模式前后，患者的透析充分性以及营养状况的改变。结果选择PD＋HD模式后，患者透析充分性明显提高，患者营养状况、生活质量均明显好转。结论腹膜透析患者介入血液透析能增加透析充分性，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

【Abstract】Objective To study the efficiency of hemodialysis in maintaining the dialysis adequacy of peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods A combined therapy of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis was performed in 17 peritoneal dialysis patients of our hospital. We observed the dialysis adequacy and nutritional status of those patients before and after the combined therapy. Results After the combined therapy, those patients had higher dialysis adequacy than before combined therapy, the nutritional status and quality of live were significantly improved. Conclusion The combined therapy of PD and HD can improve the dialysis adequacy and live quality in PD patients.
