依据血液中水含量判定透析患者干体重的研究
Objective To establish a simple and precise method for evaluating the dry body weight of dialysis patients. Methods Fourty-eight maintenance hemodialysis patients were studied. Twenty-nine of them who reached the clinical standard of dry body weight were divided into group one, the other 19 patients as guoup two. According to the level of hemoglobin (HB),We divided the patients in each gruop into three sub-groups as (HB≥10g/dl), B(8g/dl≤HB<10g/dl) and c (HB<8g/dl). The On-Line blood volume monitor (Brm) was applied to test the blood water content (BWC) for all patients at the beginning and the end of dialysis. Results At the beginning of dialysis, the BWC of group one are as follow, A:(83.58±1.22)%,b:(84.55±1.37)%,c:(85.87±1.89)%. The BWC of group two are listed as, a:(86.78±2.21)%,b:(87.53±3.70)%,c:(88.80±3.90)%. Conclusions At the beginning of dialysis,BWC is highly correlative to dry body weight, so it can be regarded as an important factor on estimating whether dry body weight reaches the standard or not.
