【Abstract】 Objective To find a new method of blood purification for the retransfusing self-blood taken in surgen from the patients of acute aterial acclusions. Methods The blood that collected and diluted 10 times is ultrafiltrated with hamofilters and concentrated to retransfuse through some shallow vessels. Results consistency of potassium and lactic acidosis of blood is reduced notably. There are no reactions of blood transfusion and symptoms of matabolism obstruction. Conclusion Retransfusing self-blood taken in the site of surgery from the patients of acute aterial acclusions after purification is a safe, effective, which can also prevent the symptoms of metabolism obstruction.
