【Abstract】 Objective To further determine whether an abnormality of gastric emptying in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. Methods Gastric magnetic tracer method was employed to me asure solid half-emptying time,The half-emptying time postdialysis in 32 patients and The Half-emptying time in 20 healthy volunteers were studied. Rsults Half-emptying time for postdialysis were not statistically different form controls (P>0.05). Conclusion Gastric emptying in patients with chronic renal failure receiving hemodialysis were normality. Gastric emptying could be improved by hemodialysis.
